Children must be 4 years old on or before December 31st and not older than 6 by September 30th. Children attending the program must be potty trained.

The goal of Oak Creek Christian Preschool is to partner with families to prepare their children for their next big step, kindergarten.
We believe that early education helps lay a foundation of lifelong learning and allows children to discover the power of knowledge. Oak Creek Christian Preschool will assist in your child’s growth and learning in ways that best suit their unique mind. We will provide a safe, nurturing environment, that promotes social, emotional, and physical growth, with classroom activities that will help to develop relationships with others and the world around them.
Perhaps most importantly, Oak Creek Christian Preschool strives to instill self-esteem by showing each child who they are in Christ and to help them understand the importance of the Bible in shaping their lives.

WE TEACH JESUS!
Each day your kids will learn about Jesus and The Bible. We will do this through age appropriate devotionals, coloring or other craft related activities and short videos. We want to bring the bible to life and make learning about Jesus exciting for your child.

We are proud to say that all of the teachers at Oak Creek Christian Preschool have degrees that center around early childhood education and development. They are also passionate about their own professional development and consistently take classes to help them better teach your child.
HIGH TEACHER TO STUDENT RATIO
Our goal is to always have a 1:8 teacher to student ratio while in the classroom. Our 3rd teacher will focus on developing your child's reading skills as well as fill a support role to enhance additional learning activities your child may experience.
4 DAYS A WEEK
+ 1 FRIDAY A MONTH
A 4 day + 1 Friday a month program will give your child approximately 49 additional days in a learning environment compared to a traditional 3 day preschool. We believe that this will better prepare your child for when they transition to kindergarten. Our Friday's will be spent in fellowship allowing families to come be a part of their child’s education with fun events like grandparent’s day, fall festival and a Christmas party to just name a few.
PLAY BASED
CURRICULUM
We want to ensure your child is prepared to go to Kindergarten.
Our Pre-Kindergarten curriculum is designed to teach math and reading skills to a higher level in a play-based atmosphere. We provide fun, yet challenging activities that allow your child to develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed kindergarten.
OUTDOOR PLAY
Good “old-fashioned” outdoor play is essential for healthy development, especially in a child's early years. Being active outside provides little ones with valuable experiences that can directly impact their physical development, social skills, creativity, and even their intelligence.

Brynne Holter
Brynne is passionate about shaping young minds. With a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University and additional credits towards a Master's Degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, Brynne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Oak Creek Christian Preschool. With over eight years of experience in teaching, including preschool and assistant director positions in Newark and Johnstown, Brynne is well-equipped to provide an enriching learning environment for our students. As an active member at Oak Creek Bible Church, she also values the importance of instilling strong moral values in our future leaders. Brynne would love to help start your kids on an exciting educational journey.

Angela Myers
Angela is a passionate advocate for early childhood education and creating nurturing environments. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology and Family Studies, from The Ohio State University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as an educator. From teaching preschool to providing in-home childcare, Angela has dedicated over nine years to shaping young minds and fostering their growth. Spending two years specializing in special education preschool at Columbus public schools has further honed her skills in creating inclusive learning environments. Join Angela on this journey of empowering the next generation through education and love.
Reading Teacher
Tracy Tucker
Tracy is dedicated to the nurturing of young minds and shaping the future. She is an experienced educator with a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology, specializing in early childhood education. Tracy's education and experience have given her expertise in providing individualized support and creating engaging classroom environments. Tracy has four years as a dedicated one-on-one aide and substitute, followed by one year as a teacher assistant and two years as a head teacher. Tracy brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the classroom. She is gifted at creating engaging learning environments where curiosity thrives and she invites you and your children to start their educational journey at Oak Creek Christian Preschool.
